Weather Arrangements

If a Storm Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning will be issued within 2 hours or has been issued; or within 4 hours after the Storm Signal/Rainstorm Warning is discontinued; counselling sessions will be cancelled. Clients should contact his/her counselor directly for re-arranging of appointments.

For appointments after 4 hours of discontinuation of Storm Signal No. 8 (or above) or Black Rainstorm Warning, clients should contact his/her counselor directly to confirm the appointment.
